How do I place an order?

It’s very easy! Browse our shop, select the size and color you like, and click "Add to Cart." Proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, and select "Cash on Delivery" to confirm your order.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Yes, absolutely! We love meeting our customers. You can visit our store at Markazi Jamia Masjid Road, Block 708/B Satellite Town, Gujranwala.

What are your delivery charges and time?

Gujranwala: Delivery within 24-48 hours.
Nationwide (Pakistan): Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout (Free shipping is often available on orders above a certain amount!).

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery services all over Pakistan, so you can pay for your order when it arrives at your doorstep.

What is your Return & Exchange policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you have an issue with the size or quality, you can exchange the item within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is unused and tags are intact. Contact us at 0321 0226000 to start the process.

Can I check the parcel before paying?

Most courier services do not allow opening the parcel before payment. However, we offer a "Satisfaction Guarantee"—if the product isn't what we promised, we will exchange it for you.

How do I choose the right size?

We have provided a detailed Size Chart on every product page. We recommend measuring a piece of clothing that fits you well and comparing it with our chart.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel, please call or WhatsApp us immediately at 0321 0226000. If the order has not been dispatched yet, we will cancel it for you.

Do the products look exactly like the pictures?

We take great care to ensure our photography is accurate. However, slight color variations may occur due to mobile screen brightness or studio lighting.
